Emilie Eydt

Emilie obtained her Civil Law degree (LL.L.) in 2016 and Common Law degree (J.D. – National Program) in 2017 from the University of Ottawa. Emilie completed her articling in Family Law with a sole practitioner and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. She has focussed her practice in Family Law ever since.

Emilie worked at a boutique Family Law firm prior to joining Sicotte Guilbault in 2021. Emilie is fluently bilingual and extends her practice to service both English and French speaking clients. She encourages cooperative negotiation and long-lasting settlements while ensuring that her clients are properly informed throughout every step of this process. Emilie’s practice also includes mediation services.

In her spare time, Emilie loves spending time at her cottage in the summers with her family and pets.
